Patrick and Joel Rols make their wine on the site of an old abbey from the middle ages. 6 Hectares in total, they enjoy
some excellent schist terroir with old vines of Cabernet
Franc, Chardonnay, Chenin, and Braucol. Always naturally farmed and vinified, their style is light, fresh and fruit-forward.
