Opi D’aquí

In Occitan, a descendent of the Latin spoken in the Roman
Empire, Opi D'Aquí means opium from here. Philippe Formentin is making just that, making natural wine from vineyards that date back to the 1st century. It is a
young and enthusiastic project that began in 2012. The
wines are as non-interventionist as possible, never seeing even a touch of sulphur.
