Avi Deixler started making completely natrual, perfectly delicious wine in 2016 and has garnered much fervent praise ever since. This is Point Reyes, California, just north of San Fransisco. Avi does his own cooperage and ferments in barrels. Grapes are farmed organically and treated only with elemental sulphur, nothing else. Head pruned, dry-farmed, many old vines. We’re so excited to be working with this up and coming producer. He represents, for us, the best of what California wine can and should be.
